The execution wasn't poor. I was gonna rage too until I actually saw it. Last year was a normal cliffhanger, bent up, simply letting go. He actually did completely straighten his body this time (which is why he called it a jackhammer). It turns the difficulty up much higher because it COMPLETELY stops momentum. He earned the win 💯

Between the lame announcing and the crappy camera work, I don't know which one is worse. Maybe go back and look at some old tape of the beginning of FMX and learn a few things from the OG's!

Nothing will ever top the exhilarating experience of watching 199 do the first competition dbl backflip, I will literally never forget me and my brother watching and when he landed it perfect it was a feeling like none other and one of the best adrenaline rushes I've ever experienced by just watching something on TV...

Things evolve in curves. The more guys are putting the effort for the sport they love, the more likely to see progression. It can't just happen because. What do you suggest specifically?

I hate to say it but I think freestyle Moto is on its way out. Like why are there only six guys, and dudes in their 40s? The sport has gotten too insane. Too many deaths and no new up and comers

It burned fast and hot but the progression has definitely slowed and the sport is becoming too dangerous for any more evolution in a competition environment. 2002-2010 were peak.

@chesterfarrington9853 Its a very expensive sport, especially to get started in. Then, add in the danger. I raced mx, rode bareback in rodeos and was a jockey... I've got no desire to flip a bike.

Jackos been rewarded for going hard twice, the format of best of two doesnt work, guys land a hard trick and the second try they just dont even try, mix the scores of the two jumps and make them send it if they want the chips

Ive seen some incredible things because of this sport and these athletes and in such a short time...I never dreamed back and front flips would be the norm....I remember in the beginning doing backflips was in the realm of imagination...and now look at it...incredible

DUDE! The cliffhanger front flippy is ULTRA WICKED! STOKED they did Jackson correct cause even though the 1st attempt wasn't clean it STILL beat the Lay-Z-front flip, which was Still BFA! Insane that a backflip + trick combo lands a score like a heel clicker did back in '02! LFG!

Usually they make the choice to pass because they can't do anything else that would change their score. With how much risk there is in every jump, it's better to let your first score sit and risk a silver than risk your life.

Geez FMX is dead. Credit to the riders, it's nuts what they do, but it's peaked and hit its limit. The tricks have become repetitive and boring, the diminishing crowds reflect this.

At first I was gonna rage cuz it looked like it was gonna be Kyle Loza all over again (he won 2 years in a row doing the same exact trick in the same exact way), but Jacko actually did step it up big time, enough to win IMO 💯 Hix extension was MUCH bigger here, and actually straightened his body. It was worth the score

I love the x games. I wish I could ride with and try performing, but I dont have the money to travel everywhere. And I dont have a bmx bike nor do I think im strong enough for motox
