Is there rainbow effect on horizon how frequently it seems? Bcoz it has single chip.

I don't see the rainbow effect. I am not susceptible to it, so I can't answer this question from your point of view. I am sorry. The rainbow effect you notice in the video comes from the camera which was used to film it

No, no. The noise you hear is from a UPS battery unit that has noisy fans. The projector is super quiet. Don't worry. You won't hear it even with a low sound volume. I use it as a TV replacement in the bedroom too.

Definitely this one: longer lamp life, better contrast, autofocus, shorter throw distance, incomparable better sound, smaller and looks cooler, more external connections. Its only negative is non-official Netflix app.

I’m actually finding myself in the same position now, where I have to choose between upgrading to the TW6250 or the Horizon Pro and I’m tempted to go with the Epson because of the ability to switch the Lamp/Bulb, which you cannot do on the Xgimi.

Yes, I am very happy with its performance. I use it as a TV replacement with a satelite box connected through HDMI for about 10h / day since I've bought it 2 weeks ago and I had no issues at all. The image looks better then I have expected even for those SD channels not only for those HD. I use some of the apps as well : HBO Max, Prime from time to time and they work very well with no lag. I use a Google Chromecast for Netflix as I don't want to use the thrid party app from Desktop Manager. I plug it in the 2nd HDMI port becasue the first one is always ocupied by the satelite box. Also, I don't feel the need to use an external sound system because I am really satisfied with the internal speakers of the projector. I don't use it for gaming so I can't say from experience if it handles it good but I guess it is good enough for casual gaming as well. Form all the projectors I tested / bought this one has the best value for money from all of them. You need to be carefull to not loose the remote becasue without it, you can't operate the projector. it doesn't have usefull phisical buttons on the projector itself, just on/off, play/pause, volume up/volume down. There is no menu button or navigational buttons.

If you won't mind, I'd like you to share your opinion here, whichever that may be, as a reply to this comment, so others can read a different persepective too, once you have got yours. Thank you. Also, as a hint. If you connect some very old external device to the HDMI (for example an old DVD player from year 2000 or an old satelite receiver also from 2000's), make sure you set the HDMI in the projector's settings to 1.4 insteead of 2.0 because otherwise it won't put out the sound of the source properly. For new devices the default 2.0 will work fine.

@ek0090 it has a shorter throw distance than usual. It has 1:1.2 vs. other projectors 1:1.25

It is very good. It is cheaper than Anker Nebula Cosmos 4k, it has more external connections, and the image colors are almost identical. It has the best value for money, in my opinion. The only bad thing is that it doesn't have an official Netflix app
