😂The character you got at the bottom of the Biang Biang Noddles bowl actually is not the character "Biang".It's sort of like a mixture of auspicious words in Chinese, and it means "More money and valuables". Chinese people like to write the Chinese characters this way as totems to express good wishes.

Saw your delicious Pao Mo with peanuts!! You're lucky got an awesome chef there! Recently I just learned why a lot of Chinese dishes were combined with peanuts. The reason is that the Chinese cuisine emphasizes the nutritional value of “fat”. Animal fat is saturated fat but peanut oil is mono-unsaturated fat so those peanuts on Chinese dishes are not just for decorations but also to “cancel out” the delicious fatty food we are eating with. Google - Peanut oil is one of the healthiest oils. It is a vegetable oil that is naturally trans fat-free, cholesterol free, and low in saturated fats. Peanut oil is high in unsaturated fats, especially monounsaturated fat, like the one found in olive oil. Enjoyed your videos very much! Thank you!

I might be wrong but I believe the biang from the name of those noodles is an onomatopoeic word to describe the sound made when making the noodles. It was super interesting for me when I first learnt about it, because it describes the sound of the noodle being stretched out by being flicked onto a flat surface while being held at both ends. Great video as always :)

That word at the bottom of the bowl is actually a mix of the words 招財進寶, different from Biang Biang noodle's word, but it came about similarly, by combining words together to make one word.

actually you need to break the bread into much smaller pieces.....in this way the bread will absorb more soup and will be more delicious.I also suggest you trying roujiamo(meat bun)made of pork, the pork rojiamo has a totally different flavor compared to the beef one, both of them are extremely delicious.Suggestions from a local in Xian🤗🤗🤗
