Am I the only one who is happy with what Xiaomi did by emulating Apple? I appreciate Android for its customization freedom, yet I also admire the aesthetics of iOS. So, implementing iOS features on Android is a win-win for me. 😅

I plan to get a Xiaomi primarily because it has some of IOS aesthetics and the Xiaomi 14 has the body of an iPhone. Curved displays should retire now.

I use both a Poco F4 and an iPhone 15 pro max and Android is so far ahead in how it handles notifications it's not even funny. iOS has been so buggy lately too, Apple needs to step up its game with software next year.

Sadly, it doesn't, I have HyperOS and there is a incredible lack of features compared to the chinese version, the lockscreen is barely customizable.

i always buy flagship phones from samsung and sony. Iam surrounded by apple users. I like the apple but this agressive trend that its not compatible only with other apple product kept me away from it. In the last 10-15 years i was alwas deeply disapointed in all the flagship phones on the market. They are expensive around 1200-2000 dollars and they always lacking something for this crazy price. Nowdays you dont even get a charger anymore. It was suck a breath of fresh air to buy the xiaomi 14 pro 1T 16gb version and it comes with a 120w charger a case and pre applied screen protector, bluetooth earbuds, a book and a pen. For 700 euro !!!!! The phone have crazy good features and the build quality is perfect. But these things i already expected from the website. The biggest surprise for me the hyper os !!! damn its nearly perfect. This is all i ever wanted to merge the ios and android. Iam probably the happiest in the last 15 years with this purchase and they totaly win me for the next models coming out in the future.

Some people don't like what Xiaomi did by "copying" Apple, but for me, that's what I am looking for. Android phone with its freedom to customize but have the aesthetics of IOS.

u will get it, they releases the update for testers, particularly those who actively give them feedback about the updates and new software they develop and who are interested in new updates, but that confuses other people that the update is released but they didn't get it, but wait for some days, u will definitely get it, also I will suggest not to install Hyper OS from any third party website, just wait, u will get it

it's not an application style, it's the android version of xiami called HyperOS

The problem with HyperOS is like MIUI, too inconsistent. Too much animations on one side, little customizations on another. Trying so hard to copy iOS, yet can't take the effort to make its consistency better? Not to mention completely neglecting stock Android features instead of embracing it, making it part of its uniqueness (Like OneUI with integrating material UI/monet theming to its apps)

same, because xiaomi knows what they are doing too. they are just trying to be something they aren't instead of creating a unique experience like pixel or oneui. honestly switched to iphone recently and it's so much better, i barely customized my android phone anyways, and ios is so smooth and 3rd party apps work so much better, like instagram, telegram, etc.
