Xiaomi Mi 9T can seem impossible to repair by yourself.
But you absolutely can, and this video will walk you through the steps of replacing the screen Xiaomi Mi 9T The tutorial that i present today is about how to remove the screen of Xiaomi Mi 9T, even when is Broken ( a little bit :) without breaking it more.
The screen of Xiaomi Mi 9T is a complete screen ( touch screen + LCD screen in just one piece).We recommend to use original Xiaomi replacement parts; all our repairs have 3 months warranty (except drops, blows, contact with liquids or manipulation by third parties).
For this method that i purpose, you need some tools and a little bit of experience and patience :)

Oh my god thank you so much. I changed my backcover and my screen. Although I bought an amoled screen the fingerprint sadly not works. 😞 However, the screen works, and the black colors of the amoled screen are as perfect as original one. I used T-7000 for my Mi 9t Glacier Blue for the screen and the backcover, and it worked fine. I have chosen the 50ml tube. Good installation guide, thank you! 😊 UPDATE: The black colors aren't that good. I have just watched on the display with my lights turned on, that's why it seemed like they were. Beware do not buy OLED or LCD if you want fingerprint. Buy "AMOLED". This one seems to be LCD.

Did you also just removed the screen by the loudspeakers? Or did you also use heat gun or hairdryer? I personally always use hairdryer for my repair on smartphones.

I am sure they do not. Just watch at the screens itself. Mi 9t's screen has a much more screen to body ratio. Also, the back of the screens look different. I recommend to not risk it and just go for a mi 9t or mi 9t pro screen as they are 💯 % compatible.

@@csabo1725 could not find them there anymore so I just bought one for 15 euros (it included the shipping cost) the price increased now from 15 to up to 25. You have to search quite well to get a cheap one for like 20.

Is the t7000 adhesive 100% necessary? Just not sure how difficult it will be to apply.

It is kinda tricky but it was also the first time I applied it yesterday. The glue cost for me 5 euros for 50ml. I glued my screen and my Backcover. My Backcover came with a double sided pre-installed tape but I decided to glue it anyway with T-7000, because the border on the back was big enough so no glue could disturb anything. For the screen however it will be necessary. There is a smaller border inside just apply it as in the video but be more careful on the front of the phone than on the back.

I also broke it. I can just tell u the same. It's functionality is only there to tape the flex cable. If you can't make it just continue with the process.

I did it! But I put in the back glass first!! DOH!!! Front glass is very hard to glue in place with little slack in the cable :D but i have managed

The amoled linked in the description is not original! It only has 5 point multitouch and the fingerprint scanner doesnt really work. It als seems to be slower in general.

ALL YOU HAVE TO REMOVE IS THE BATTERY ON THE BOTTOM. UNDERNEATH THAT IS THE DIGITIZER CONNECTOR. REMOVE DIGITIZER AS SHOWN. REPLUG. PUT BATTERY BACK DONE.

@@MovilonePhoneRepair Does the fingerprint unlock work with replacement screen? The Mi 9T has an built-in fingerprint sensor in the display screen.

@@MrSpiritmonger On 4:21 you can see that the replacement screen has a hole which will be right on top of the fingerprint sensor when the screen is installed so yeah, pretty sure it will work.

man, i did worst. About a month ago, I had the brilliant idea of cleaning my phone's screen, because of the COVID-19. At first, my mi 9t just had one issue: its colors were greened. Now, the screen its only visible when the phone is hot, otherwise you receive a really bright "white-green" light in your face.

@@erlzen867 I installed Vysor on my pc and I can use the phone while watching it´s screen on pc, its hard but atleast its something. For it to work you have to enable USB debugging in developer options, to do that I did the screenshotting method. You connect the phone to your pc or laptop and enter the screenshot folder, then you try to blindly navigate to settings making a screenshot after each press, after you enable USB debugging you can see the screen on your pc in Vysor app I think a new screen will cost you around 65 Euros on aliexpress, if you can replace it yourself, there are lots of tutorials and you can buy the tool kit for like 2 euros from aliexpress too

You don't need glue 7000on that backcover . Just reheat and press it's with one heavy book.
