Hey - just wanted to drop a big "THANKS" here for making this video and putting it online! My phone got damaged in a ridiculous way (it dropped on an edge surface, right in the middle of its Power button - resulting in it getting jammed and stuck in an endless loop of reboot) - and your video helped me out in how to pry open the casing and get the phone working. This is one of the toughest hardware phone by mi it's been 5 years still i am using it and everything is perfect till now.

There are two screws covered by an orange sticker on the upper and lower boards which also need to be removed. It's a bit confusing because before removing the screws you point them out, but you missed to point those screws covered by an orange sticker, which later you actually remove in the video. Besides that, it was a great video. Very well shooted and informative.

Bro, my A1 has some problems with LCD&Touch. Display show if it's hot. I think it is caused by putting it in freezer. If it's cold, it's black screen. Another one is touch error, it's caused by entering thinner+spirit. It's not easy to remove touch+lcd because I glued B7000 in all spaces.

I got A1 from my sister. She destroyed it because of her husband. He drove the car so fast in city. She gave it to me. Service man said, body frame was so damage. He repaired as he can. I took it back and can't wait to 1day. N display touch come out. So, I repaired with Bonfix. And display was gone.

So, i watched a lot of u tube videos and bought lcd touch.I didn't buy body frame to save my budget. But it's so wrong. I repaired it myself but I filled a lot of B7000. I play mobile legends. When it's hot, i put it in freezer. I forgot one thing. That's the body frame. It's so damage. I shouldn't put it in freezer. N another 1 is putting thinner+spirit.

The glass over the lens got cracked. Isn't interacting with the photos, for now. But small pressures is intensifying the cracks. Can I change the glass over lens separately, or should I change the whole back panel? Any places where I can get them?

Hi there. My daughter dropped her new Mi A1 in a sink full of water yesterday, we've tried drying it out as best as possible but would it be worth removing the back panel to allow it to dry out for a few days?
