Thank you for the review! Have a question though. Does it work with two different WiFi networks? One on one floor and another on another floor? Or would that be a problem? Thanks again!

I think you would have to have the robot connected to the same wifi unfortunately....

Awesome Review! I see you have black floor. How did it function there? I've heard the black floors confuse the robot (considers it a gap).

It works fine on this, and generally doesn’t cause issues on LiDAR based robots.

Nice rewiev! One thing, im using hot spot only and house is out of wifi. Can i set it up once for cleaning while im out?

I think you’ll need to keep it connected to wifi for it to work on a schedule

I have a 3c China version of S10 Very similar to mop P But has max 4000 PA suction

How do you use the Roborock app with this vacuum? I have it set up in the Mi Home app but want to give the other app a go. Thank you.

I haven't actually tried it, and I no longer have this robot since the Mop P 2 has been released now!

hello, congrats for the great review. i have one question. is it possible to move the charging dock without lose all the map? or i ll have to reset the map and do it all again?

hmm, it has been a while since I've used this model but I think you'll need to remap...

You need to remap it. Second version has the feature of multimaping.

I read someone say theirs stopped doing the Y motion while mopping, has this happened to you? Also, is it a problem if you don't have wifi in some parts of the house?

It is a setting in the app... they may have turned it to standard mopping mode, or it could be a bug, but it hasn't happened to ours. :) It should be fine, however in some cases there can be issues with disconnection. If you find this is the case, you can look into range extenders for your Wifi.

@@RobomateTV Thank you for the super quick reply! When you say disconnection issues what do you mean? For example if wifi doesn't reach a room, will it stop working when it gets there? Or maybe get disoriented or something?

@@kattyamendieta1636 It's unlikely to affect the robots cleaning if it goes into a wifi black spot - by issues, I mean that if you find it doesn't reconnect itself automatically and you're always having to reconnect it. :)

Could you please tell me if air should come out of both vents from the back or only from one? I feel that mine has lost suction power after few months and I noticed that it is blowing air out only from one vent. Not sure if it should blow air out from both of the vents.

I believe it should be both... I don't have it in front of me at the moment however. Have you replaced the filters since you've had it?

I have quite a "big" home, if it cleans 70% of my house and mid process, the charge goes and it autocharges, will it continue charging the 30% after?

@@ZackGames4Life Which country are you? I've seen some versions which support multiple maps, and others that only have a single map, which I presume is based the app region. If it's only single level then I'd suggest looking at one that can save multiple maps.

According to google, Xiaomi shareholders own 25% of Roborock, so maybe that is how the design is shared. Makes sense why can connect to a roborock app, and Xiaomi can drive the price down while having the same design, I guess due to their size.

@@flightsaitek4087 So true! They definitely have a few things in common... despite Roborock focusing on premium robot market share and Xiaomi the budget robot segment.
