Good robot vacuum, value for money compared to the k to 2k type (AU) does a great job. And buyers just need to "REMEMBER" its not to replace a vacuum machine it is there to keep things tidy and clean. Great review thx. Made me buy this bot. Makes the wife happy that's all that matter right... hahaha. I do have a little trouble with spot clean and saying its not on the same network. Prob my end..

as far as I can see with this robohoover it's a MUST to have Mi WiFi camera ALSO installed so you can see remotely how the job is done if not at home (I would always set it to clean while I am away, so who will control it?)

Great presentation! But I didn't see moping area with a carpet on. Lets say I have carpet in the middle of the room and I need mopping around the floor. How's that going? Will it mop, cross carpet without making it wet and continue mopping the other side of the floor? I wanted to buy it so imagined it like this: I am at work, and Xiaomi essential will start at scheduled time, vacuum everything, carpet and floor and mop the floor after. 😁 How lazy I wanna be But I can see that is not possible. It could vacuum everything and I have to switch parts, add container with water for mopping and start it again to mop. Correct me if I am wrong please. What about after sale service..? Is it good? I bought mine via online purchase and the service here refused to repair on the reason I bought mine online, even thou I am willing to pay the repair cost ( the warrajnty expired).

I bought Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop Essential 25W on 01 august 2021. After 6 months I observed that the product is damaged. It has the following issues: - the vacuum cleaner housing is cracked in several places - the water tank housing is cracked and disintegrated closure clip (this clip was broken in the store when I showed them the problems) - the mop support is cracked in several places and two clamps are broken. As a result of these cracks, some of the liquid in the mop tank ended up in the vacuum cleaner, I did not know that the liquid was leaking into the vacuum cleaner. I sent the product to service but they refused to repair the product under warranty, and they told me that these defects were caused by me. I mention that the product was not slammed or flooded with liquids. In my opinion, the last time, all the plastic pieces have become very brittle and have been damaged by shocks due to the normal use of the vacuum cleaner.

after using it for 2 weeks, it start telling error and stop working.. it ask to check the cleaner filter. after cleaning the filter so many time the problem stil not solve.. so frustrating... is there any other filter inside?? if there is.. how to open it?? damn...

I has my Robot for plus minus one year. The mop dont work. Now is dont work at all. There is no guidance to do troubleshooting. Please help me with that or send me a contact number to phone and try to sort out my problem.

Καλησπερα. Εχω παρει την ιδια εδω και ενα χρονο. Εχω παλεψει να την συνδεσω ματαια με αποτέλεσμα να πατάω καθημερινά μονο το κουμπί.. εχω μόντεμ της Vodafone(γκρι) το οποίο εκπέμπει σε 2.4 και 5gh. Εχω προσπαθήσει άπειρες ωρες να τη συνδέσω αλλα τιποτα. Συγκεκριμένα φτανει εως το το δεύτερο βημα και μετά μου βγάζει ειτε οτι ειναι λαθος ο κωδικος του ρούτερ (που δε μου εχει ζητησει να τον πληκτρολόγησω καπου) ειτε να φερω τη συσκευή κοντα στο ρουτερ ( ενω το βαζω πανω απο τη σκουπα). ΟΜΩΣ. Εχω επισης ενα μικρό ρλυτερακι το ασύρματο το οποιο ειναι σκετο 2.4 και συνδέεται μαζι της σε δευτερόλεπτα (εφοσον έχω συνδέσει και το κινητό στο ιδιο wifi). Το θεμα ειναι οτι το ρλυτερακι δεν το εχω εγώ καθημερινά με αποτέλεσμα παλι να μην εχω τη δυνατότητα να ελεγχω τη σκουπα. Αν μπορείτε βοηθήστε με στο πως να τη συνδέσω γιατι στο σέρβις δεν εχουν ιδεα και γιατι θα βρεθει στον δρομο απο τον 2ο οροφο... 😳😟

Not a good vacuum robot. It bangs too hard to the wall. Seems like it will spoil soon.
