@@jerome436 If you're not sure, you can measure battery. I have almost same error, my battery has 6V(should be 15) and 0mA.

YEP Same problem only mine starts when placed on the charger, and then powers of again and on again and off again and on again. Testet the battery with a multimeter and it has full charge Tested the charger it has full out put charing jus fine. IS NOT the battery and it is NOT the charger. = INternal new battery wont fix the problem Only way to fix - Throw the Xiaomi in the bin where it belongs and should have been placed anyway. xiaomi stay far away they are terrible all their products are short lives and has cheap parts ext.
