Күн бұрынI never thought I would review a toothbrush on my technology channel but when I saw the word "smart" in the description, I could not resist but to try one. In fact I bought two, one for each of my children and they love it. The price is right but it is the low noise level that is impressive! I do a noise level comparison with two very popular brands in Canada. I hope you will like this unusual review for my channel.

Guys, I never thought I would review a "smart" toothbrush on my tech channel but when I started to use this... I was amazed at the difference with other electric toothbrushes. You have to see/hear this! Cheers!

it claim waterproof u should test it...turn it on inside water bowl or something....and also its longevity like the brush and the machine does it easily spoiled after few month

@@coldogno7 good point. I can tell you it is water proof for sure. Battery life seems to work since it has been almost one month and no need to charge yet. If it does break down after only a few months, I am going to post an update. Thank you for visiting my channel.

What about the cleaning hability?? Is it good?? I think that's the main purpose of a toothbrush.

@@mrcgomes you are right Mario it is the main purpose but I find the noise level of major brands to be so high that I was really impressed with this new one. We have been using them for about a month and they clean very well. I may upload an update video at some point. Merry Christmas!

@@SuperdanTech yes you're right. I use a oral B Pro series and they are very noisy... Mi T100 seems impressively quiet! And I it cleans good enough too its quite a deal! I'll order one and surely try it! Thanks for your review! Have a wonderful Christmas! 🙏🙏

i have been using the phillips sonicare for the past few years. the recharge is now every other day as the battery has worn out, so decided to buy this one. the sonicare works the same as the t100 and i am impressed with the battery life, noise level, and it cleans my teeth quite well.

I am not sure how that is possible. This T100 is sonic but very weak compare to Sonicare .. What Sonicare did you have that you believe is comparable to this?

Which is the best cleaner system? Spinning head, like the Oral-B, or this vibrating system of Mijia? I think the rotating head to be a better solution. Simply vibrating, sounds like it won't clean any better than just using my hand. Thanks

Great. I saw it for sale here in Philippines and i have had other Xiaomi products and been to there store. The electric scooter they make is good and great value, they even sold shoe's in the store so while looking around at electric toothbrushes the options are crazy and prices sometimes $200 or near that I saw my local amazon called Lazada was selling one of these but the price is so cheap i can't believe it so checked out your video. I'll go for this instead. I currently use oral b, but the noise I dont like and using it at odd hours i feel like i wake people up so this cheap option looks great. I'll probably order a few of them and pass them out to friends..

But - does it clean teeth better, more safely or even as well as other electric toothbrushes? Is its cleaning action ultrasonic as is claimed in some of its advertising? I can't understand the product being reviewed here and people here saying they're going to order them without some attempt to answers these vital questions.

We tried the two leading brands that I show in the video and this one. We have used them for months now and they seem to work very well. There is no ultrasound generate here, only vibration of the head. My test is of course not scientific but all four users in my household are having good results. Thank you for visiting my channel. Oh I forgot to mention that the charge is good for 6 weeks...awesome!

Im more interested to know what's your conclusion of comparing this Mijia toothbrush with the other two brands? Can it cleans your teeth effectively by the vibration (whereas the other two brands are functioning by the brush rotation)?

Hello Edward, we have been using these toothbrushes for more than two years now, everyday. The vibration movement seems to be doing a very good job. I was not sure at first. The charge lasts two months in our case and they make a LOT LESS noise than other major brands. Thank you for visiting my channel.

We have four of them and they all work great. Used everyday. We have battery life of 6 weeks. Xiaomi says 4 weeks on their website. Thank you for visiting my channel

I am kinda new to the electric toothbrush thing but after my research, why is no one surprised that the battery of this brush lasts for 30 days and only need 4 hours of charge while oral b toothbrush needs 16+ hours of charge and only lasts for 3 - 7 days

You mean the rechargable oral b only lasts 7 days? Really? We have the one with the AA battery and it lasts about 3-4 months.

How do you switch to 2nd speed? Mine doesn't appear to have it, just switches off :(

A second press goes to lower speed and the second LED lights up. A third press turns the toothbrush off. I hope this works for you too and thanks for watching! Oh if you press twice too quickly, the tooth brush won't have enough time to speedup in the first speed and then you will think that you have only one speed!

I heard people having problem with this toothbrush after a month or so, that it turns on/off randomly.. not sure if that’s a common problem

We have four of them and we have been using them since I posted this video. All four still work perfectly. In fact, we don't even need to charge them every 30 days, a charge will last two months. But again this will depend on how long you brush each time. I hope this helps and thanks for watching!

I was loving this toothbrush, for about 5 months, of use, split with another similar one. sadly, the other day, I heard a strange buzzing coming through from my bathroom as I lay my head down to sleep. I eventually buried it between a couple of pillows to shut it up.... It seemed to clear itself, but started up again after I recharged it.

If you watch the video carefully you will see that the Mijia is much more quicker and the rechargeable battery lasts at least one month! Now for the quality of the brush action, I cannot comment since I have not done any scientific testing. Thank you for visiting my channel.

A very simple toothbrush. New York Times recommended to pick whatever brush is rechargeable and has a 2 minute/4x30s timer. Good to see no one has "smart" toothbrushes, as they're absolutely a marketing gimmick. Getting a simple electric toothbrush that counts the time itself means I never have to worry about forgetting my phone/watch (and I dislike bringing my phone into the bathroom in the first place). I was so excited and ordered 4 of these but it got stuck in US Customs. Apparently it’s a medical device and requires 3 FDA approval details which nobody including the seller could provide. Customs needed the FDA Registration#, FDA device listing# & FDA 510K#

Crazy thing is I reached out to multiple Xiaomi support, and was redirected each time. I finally went straight to Xiaomi Global and they did not even attempt to contact their corporate product team to get the FDA details. It is advertised as FDA approved so they should have this available. Anyway looks like it will be returned on the 2nd.

i have just receieved one of these it didnt even last one week.the head broke off in my mouth and quite dangerous as i nearly swallowed it.defective manufacturing no doubt.the base unit is fine.do i risk ordering new heads? obviously the plastic isnt up for the vibrations.this gives xiaomi a bad name.ive been using their phones for many yrs.

Yes except for the handle end where you have the connector for charging. We have been using 4 of them since this video and no issues at all.

I was going to ask the same thing. I think when the green light is blinking it means that it's charging. When the green light stops blinking i think it's fully charged.
