Hmm good question. I didnt really track, assuming about 3 hours for 1 full charge. last me months with usage 4 times a week. since the day i bought, using till now, i only charge twice. i should do up a video for the charging port soon. since a few asked.

Hi, may I know yours is IPX7 or IPX8? 8 is a little more costly.

Hi..mine is already 2 years+. But recently, the flosser has stopped working. Still able to charge, when press ON,showing green light but no water..when i press ON button again and again,all the indicators lights are flashing few time and off. But the flosser still not working. Do you know why and can help please?

ah it took me a while to find that. if you go to your grip area. there is a little rubber in grey area at the center. just pull that out. that's the USB charging port

Hi! i have been using this for a while but the lock doesnt sound anymore when I place the nozzle in the hole. This makes it loose and gets pushed out by the pressure. Do you know how to fix this? :(

for me yes, after using for 4 months, I am still at pressure lvl 1. 3 levels total and I think 2 and 3 too strong for me.

i just check , 701 is older model which i feature. 702 is new version, smaller, ligther and adding 1 or 2 more modes.
