Cool the battery with ice cubes in a in a plastic bag. Once the temperature is near 4C the addesive losses much of its stickiness. I tried it for other mobiles and it worked fine. It may work for this model too.

Finally a decent video! My screen was on all the time, so needed to remove the battery or the connector to it, it was kind of hard to remove the cover but finally I was able to do it! Now it all seems to work, thank you

Very helpful video ... my simcard tray was stuck and for the first time was trying to put sim in this mobile. This video helped me in that - push harder on the hole with the pin and tray will come out.

Thanks, I just did it, I had the same problem with the glue, when I pried a few sparks came out of the battery XD I had a bit of nerves but I was able to take it out and change it for the new one, all very easy especially with the video guide :D
