Original screen is about $60 and aftermarket about $30..i think you should be able to locate locally.

I have some kind of waves under my screen as you did clean the phone with cheap 70% ALC. perfume...looks definitely I have damaged it from inside. I am able to use the phone ,but my screen on the bottom shows bright waves... Am idea if it is possible to fix that without removing anything? I have recently bought surgical spirit..if this will help? Thank you

If the screen can be taken off without the logik board having to be removed it will be a lot easier is it possible to do that did you just take the board out so you could push the screen from behind

That is actually battery adhesive strips, some call it as iPhone battery adhesive.

@@DIYGeardo thanks, you are being a great help, I have new screen now and have attached it to PCB but a problem has arisen. The video output is working but no touch screen, I'm not sure if this a sensor problem or something but idk, im at the point of 3:51 testing the new screen
