i own a xiaomi phone and i used to have the mi band 5 i just bought this and when i brought it close to my phone it automaticlly made a pop up requesting to pair it like an iphone and after that it gave me the option to download mi fitness i love this thing!

For golf will it show distance to the green / water ? Or does it just say golf but actually all it's tracking is walking?

Thanks, I might get this and this seems better than huawei band 8, even though it's like 110 in my country and the mi band smart 8 is only around 70 dollars.
