I have purchased Mi.Robo vaccume cleaner in December 2021. After 6 months of use, I am facing some software issues in robot vacuum mop. P it is forgetting to clean ,it is only making border line and going back to charge. And so many issues. It is not even mopping in Y pattern. And so many issues in mopping. I have to keep on watching the robot if it is cleaning or not. I have complained to customer care but still my problem is not resolved

After so many calls to customer care, technician and came took the vacuum cleaner for repair and now it is working, but we have to keep a eye on it. Some times it is not detecting no go zones and it is stuck under the sofa .

After so many calls technician repaired the vacuum cleaner. Now it is working ok but still the product should be updated. So many flaws in vacuum cleaner

Sounds much quieter when compared to regular vacuum cleaners. You can still hear it working but if you go to another room it’s quite unnoticeable.

My Xiaomi S10 is not working. I can't get anything done with maps. Everytime I want to do something with maps or restricted walls nothing happens except that the app says "Poor Connection try again later". After two days I went to exchange it for another Xiaomi S10 but it does exactly the same thing. All that works correctly is "Docking" and "Start Cleaning". When pushing "Start Cleaning" it tries to clean the whole house until the battery runs out halfway through and then docks to recharge. After it's fully charged and you take it off pause it just starts cleaning from the beginning again and never gets to the rest of the house. This Xiaomi S10 vacuum cleaner is useless. It seems as if the app is not compatible with the vacuum cleaner. I see everywhere on the internet that clients are not getting their Xiaomi vacuum cleaners connected to their Wi-Fi. The booklet you get with it has no information on how to work the app. There is also nowhere in South Africa to call or email for support or guidance. Would not recommend this vacuum cleaner to anyone.

That's the older one. If you want to get a newer one, search for a DreameBot, Roborock or Xiaomi robot vacuum (without the Mi prefix, as they are older)

I've had a Xiaomi robot vac since 2017 and it's awesome. Fairly similar to this but this video only shows one pass. It will cover every section of floor at least twice

This one is actually very good for that price...on my first floor i have the very high end robot...and that's other story,but maybe you bought some trash robot for that price. Little more money and you'll have it all,you'll be satisfied 😉🤷‍♂️

@@mochi5252 the robot isnt meant to clean up a cup of sprinkles, and if you somehow do manage to spill a cup of sprinkles for some reason, its going to go in a circle so it will clean everything up eventually
