I notice that around 5:00 minutes you are checking how wet the floor is. My wife bought one of these, the same model as yours. But we are a little confused about how much water it should be leaving on the floor. We have tiled floors and it seems to leave a little too much water when its mopping, maybe a little more than you show in this video (we have the mop set to the lowest amount also, not medium or full) to the point where my wife needs to walk around after the Robot with a mop to dry the floor. Its a bit of a hazard if you dont notice it. Do you think that it leaves too much water when mopping?

Hey, I love your videos!! Just got mine xiaomi x10+ and would like to ask you two things… 1. When emptying the dust collector, does the docking station turns on and off really quick ? ( it seems to start emptying and 1/2 seconds laters it stops, but when checking the robot dust bin it seems free of dust) Do you think there is any potential for adding some kind of floor cleaner or any other cleaning solution to the water tank? Thanks!!

1. mine does it longer than it, maybe about ten seconds, but if I remember you have 3 auto-empty settings in app... 2. I read the manual and they say to not add any solution to the tank, only clean water, so the answer is NO

Can you cancel the automatic dust suction and throw it away yourself so you dont need to buy new bags?

It's quite good, but I think a similar Roborock machine performs better. Which is your favorite machine and why?

Why do you think so? Currently, I'm in love with it 😄Roborock is 2x the price of Xiaomi, just sold under another brand. That's why I decided to get Xiaomi X10+ instead of Roborock Q Revo. I'm very happy with my old Xiaomi 1C and it's one of my favourite robot vacuum (along with Roomba 980). It's good performance for good price. I don't see difference between it and Roborock S7+

I live in Hungary and xiaomi is quite a popular brand in almost every field. Many people buy robot vacuum cleaners from this company, most of them return to the store during the warranty period, about 5 out of 10. Most errors are obviously on the user's side, because they don't understand it. As for the roborock brand, the ratio is about 1 in 10. I know that it is a much more expensive brand and is under the Xiaomi company, such as Dreame and others, which is also premium. I have never had a premium robot vacuum cleaner from the xiaomi brand, repairing most of them is unfortunately a nightmare compared to an irobot, but as we know, the more sensors, the more potential for errors. Since I have 2 cats, only a machine with a rubber roller is possible. Maybe my expectations are too high, but my current machine isn't perfect either (irobot j7c), but since I don't want to spend a fortune, I'm trying to make a compromise. (I got the machine at half price) A lot of machines came into consideration recently, including the one in the video, but in the end it wasn't this one. Feel free to use it, I may have made a mistake by not choosing this one.@@RoboVacParty

Does it return constantly to the base to wash the mop? Otherwise it will be only spreading the dirty of the floor. Is it possible to program this function like make one pass and return to base to wash and clean the mop then continue the program doing the same for each room.

Yes, there is some adjusting in the app how often it will return for washing the pads. Also there is separate adjusting how much water is used to it and how thorough the washing action is done (eco, normal, turbo). You can also set how damp the pads are during mopping (robot itself has build-in water tank and water pump). This robot use only cold tap water for everything (washing pads, mopping floors), so it does not heat up water used to wash pads in the base or disinfect them with hot steam like most advanced & highest priced robots on the market.
