I saw somewhere else pointedd out something very interesting about sf6 raging demon that I find makes it the most intimidating and brutal raging demon of all. It's the fact that I tells you whether it kills or not, given the kanji poem and Akuma voicelines are displayed or not.

Looks like SF6 has confirmed the fact that Gouki/Akuma was the one who killed Bison (Dictador) at the end of SF2 So that means that the SF2 tournament doesn't have an official champion unless Akuma participated in the tournament like all the other fighters. And I am fine with that 👍
