i saw them play this song a few years ago (2017? 2018?) at the tiniest gig imaginable. tiny art studio in new england. i was directly in front, like 3 ft away (like everyone else, there were maybe 50 people there) + when the chorus hit i thought i was going to die. hands down the best show i've ever been to. transcendental. i couldn't hear a fucking thing the whole way home and i couldn't have cared less. edit just to add in.... that's still the only concert i've ever gone to in my state. huge huge huge props to them for going into the weird little places for all the weird people hidden away.
