Xlookup can look left or right, it defaults to exact match and it combines vlookup and hlookup

Vlookup has more technical rules you have to follow to essentially match and return your output. Honestly xlookup is easier and much more user friendly

THE LOOKUP VALUE SHOULD BE IN FIRST COLUMN FOR VLOOKUP BUT FOR XLOOKUP THIS RULE IS NOT APPLICABLE
