Lols that mod is way too OP/Broken xD, ofc your gonna beat the game in Hardcore mode with that on. Maybe try a mod that you can create anything but you have to choose the 2 de-buffs/bad effects your gonna carry on the rest of the game with, making the play get progressively worse and harder in Hardcore mode.
