Xochitl was absolutely incredible! This salsa routine that she did with Val last night was my favorite one out of all the ones I saw! Xochitl has this young at heart free spirited personality that is just so much fun to watch anytime I see her! I just hope that this young Latina goes all the way even for being only 17!

I knew they were underscorred last week. This girl has what it takes. And Val does well with young fun partners they bring out his personality more like Laurie and Zendaya. These two could make the finals if she keeps improving she's got the potential for sure.

This is my favourite one by far, the In The Heights/West Side Story backdrop theme, the less formal waltzing and instead super energetic footwork and really synchronised quick movements are so captivating to watch, how ppl even train for this is shocking, especially on the short-notice of the show. Especially 0:20 is just great. I thought Xochitl Gomez was a great up and coming actress but seems like she’s great dancer too. at 17 I would've never been able to do anything close to that number of skills. Also every move just flows into the next and the way the camera pans around them you can see its just super smooth movements, not a beat missed.

Xochitl was the absolute best dancer by far this week, and her and Charity were the top from last week, as well. I could easily see Xochitl playing a young Rita Moreno in a musical or movie, and Rita is one of the all-time greats! Beautifully done!

I personally think he does great with his partners every season but I feel he knows how to connect with young partners, when he was with Zendaya he had a good fun brotherly partnership, same he like he is like a teenager again knowing how to make dances for them.
