I feel like Xochitl is just so good at every dance Val gives her - imo, she is the most consistent out of all the stars this season! If she doesn’t win it all I’m gonna be so heartbroken.

This was a really cool Halloween themed contemporary! So dramatic and chilling. The lifts were exquisite and Xochitl is getting better and better. Should have been a perfect 40! Come on judges… Val is doing an amazing job with her. Gave you guys 200 votes. Let’s go #TeamXV! 🏆🏆🏆🏆

The ironic thing is Niecy doesn’t really know. Niecy wasn’t really qualified, imo, to judge this. They just bring on guest judges like her to bring up their ratings. That being said, Xochi did great, the judges just know their shit bc they’ve been doing this for almost their whole life

I feel like the producers have been telling the judges to pocket the 10s bc there have honestly been dances in the last couple of weeks from the top ( Xochitl, Ariana, Charity, Jason) that in the past probably would've gotten perfect scores or at least an additional 10. On the flipside, there are contestants who are not that good (which is totally fine, dance isn't natural for everyone!) but they are getting inflated scores at this point bc the judges would surely be booed out of the room if they gave less than a 7 at this point

I think Val is trying to pass Sissy in law (Peta ), to get that 3rd mirror ball trophy! He’s giving Ms. Gomez some AMAZING choreo and she’s delivering every time!

See, I don’t feel like he’s in a competition with Peta. Maybe more so with Mark Ballas. They’ve dualed each other from time to time. Val even said he was supposed to join DWTS at the same time Mark did but decided to wait another year.🙂

@@zahra9813 ...My comment wasn't meant to assume that Val was in a dual with Peta or any other Pro. With them being family, they have joked about who will get their third mirrorball trophy first, since they both have two. I'm glad to see they are both still in the competition with their partners, but Val is truly producing some great choreo, and Xochitl is delivering it in every routine.

@@kantricedorsey8142 Don't worry, I get it. Friendly competition. Hehe. I only mentioned Mark because in Val's early years on the show, dwts always set them up against each other. I remember watching them do a Paso Doble dual during their live show on their LA stop. So cool and of course, I'm biased to Val. He's my favorite pro on the show. =)

Can I say…. Dwts really kicked it out of the park with the song selections for Halloween night. Each one was so good! I watch Strictly too and their songs choices were more on the cute side whereas ours were dramatic and powerful. Damn!🎃🎃🎃🎃

@@user-iv7os9rc8i She scratched her knee (or just below the knee) against the last step she jumped up from at end. If you watch the clip back, you can see it happening. She was a trooper though. She didn’t let it stop her. 🏆🏆🏆🏆

Glad to hear Xochitl is okay too! I feel like she' s a little trouper and can weather whatever is thrown at her. On DWTS the injuries definitely will happen, as we have seen during many seasons! Some are able to keep going even with the battle scars of the ballroom!

@@kantricedorsey8142 Oh absolutely, injuries are inevitable. Especially for an amateur. They're doing something their bodies are not used to or not used to that extent. It's really mind over matter and Xochitl is a fighter. Plus, Val is not going to let her do anything she physically can't do safely. To him, his celebs always comes first so Xochitl is in very good hands. =)

This is a true dance made with a monster makeup and her tied up leg and white torn dress dance to contemporary same as him with his black pants and a jacket shirt when Xochitl Gomez and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy dance to a Game of Survival a story about how to escape from the house through incredible spectacle. That was by Ruelle. Bruno thought it was a good pitch as a movie, but he loved the martial arts last night, Carrie Ann thought the storytelling we see was so powerful in the night shade of the church acrylic in the window pane and the room so extremely uppered and downered with vigil candle for the moves thanks to the video screen and others left and right of the audience they're seated and Derek says she shivers down his spine and the rest was contemporary history. With three 9s and one 10, it's a tie 37 out of 40 between Adriana and Pasha. Bruno learned that was health would carry on by Val's. Niecy Nash thinks she did her last night......

Am I the only one who just thought the dance was ok? It wasn't bad, but it didn't deserve a 10. C'mon, Halloween week is famous for having the best dances (Harley Quinn and Joker waltz, Milo's Toxic dance, Jordan Fisher,, Charlie's dance last year, Iman's Us duet...) This season didn't have anything to that level.

Just speak like you have professional cameras in front of you. She over emotes as well, big time. Not understanding the obsession with her. She’s 17.
