I like how he says "routine traffic stop" as if every civillian gets into multiple traffic stops each day. Most people only get into a few in their lifetime so surely he should be trained to take this into account and understand why people would be nervous, it's like hes got no sympathy at all.

This can easily be solved by offering better wages and benefits to police, but simultaneously holding police to a higher standard and accountable for wrongdoing. You can have high level screening if make the position more desirable. The problem is morons think "defund the police" will help, when in reality that just means they will hire more or worse shitty cops.

The only thing he should have said after being placed in handcuffs is “I want to talk to my lawyer I intend to sue you for violating my 4th amendment rights and qualified a unity doesn’t cover violating someone’s federal or constitutional rights.” Then he should have waited for his lawyer and cashed the $5 million check.

XQC talking about screening police officers XD bruh there is a statute in I think Massachusetts that says you can be "Too smart to be a cop" which says if you score too highly on an IQ test you are automatically denied entrance to the police academy. It is PROTECTED by saying it is clearly not discrimination because ANYONE that scores highly is denied....which is exactly what discrimination is...but i mean its not like the police should know that or anything.
