Does anyone know what is that opening for visible at 2:47 between his hands? Normally there is a line connected however my one is loose and wobbles inside of a metal socket to all sides and up and down although socket is tightened as much as it can be.

what happens if you preload the spring for 14 psi (for example) would this provide more boost ? and how can the pressure increase if the waste gate starts to open ?

To much boost and you increase the risk of cracking the liners don't you ?
