You need to get a m2c so you can mount the max5 and put your receiver back stock place. I am running 32/46 in my it don't wheelie as much like yours and I love it.

I🧐would move to an upgraded gear set, keep your factory gear ratio and decrease THR rate in the TX, thereby reserving your SP. Possibly increase stability by offsetting the truck’s CG using counter weights. If adding more weight, also consider modifying suspension with dampers for additional support. Hope this helps! 🙂

I love this car. Great body wheels combination colour wise. I had an xmaxx and a losi 5b 8s with the same motor and esc combo you put in the txt. I sold it all… but now I want back into the hobby and this car might be it 💪🏻

I went mod 1.5 because the hardend steel doesn’t break but just strips. And you might want to shim your diffs for longevity. I run the hobbywing 5687 which is probably even a little less powerfull than this motor.

How is it fun driving that XRT with that much power? I am sold on Arrma I bought the Typon Tuned TLR and it is fast and stable it's 4x4 and it stays on the ground so I'm able to use all the power. I have a Traxxas Rustler VXL 2wd and it does wheelies all up and down the road so I can't use all the power and it's not as fun as my Typhon.

Were you still using the Traxxas stock gearing 20T pinion and 50T spur out the box🤔?

Like the car, but I think traxxas suspention stock (almost all the cars) way too soft for speed runs.

First time I've said this: Too fast

You need to go with WFO 1.5 steel mod spur and pinion gear combo. Anytime you mod up to a big motor, esc and battery combo you need to upgrade other supports like your gears, steering, tires and what not because you will break something on that truck because of so much torque and power that 5th scale motor is putting out. You can't even keep the front end down when trying to do a high speed pass because so much torque coming out from that motor when you barely throttle into it. If you do a high speed pass next time try switching to street tires and change your gearing.

Some people may like that but I'd have to gear it down just to enjoy it. Love the power but I like to rip without all the wheelies. That's just me.

i have a 6s kraton that dose the same thing on punch lvl 3 ..lol i can barely use all the trigger unless in loose sand or dirt.

That motor is definitely not as smooth as it could be love that motor in my kraton 8s. Has way to much power honestly and goes a solid 78mph lmao
