I forgot how cool XS'/Nora's scenes were. Also you can see the dramatic difference in CGI quality from these older episodes with her and the later seasons.

I miss the old Nora-West Allen, the one where she has both her parents lightning color. But now the future timeline has been altered...that Nora is gone. The new future timeline Nora however...she has a lightning lasso which is pretty cool, I'm it sure if that Nora has the time rewind ability like the old Nora

I mean it's a good reference but there is no build up to her powers like in the finale she can fly it makes sense since she have telekinesis but we never see her use it before other than move things,and she has nearly no experience in it other than the 🏈 and that fire extinguisher and than she can fly?Also that stay out of mind thing doesn't make sense how is she supposed to bring a literal force of nature out of XS mind,again make sense as her powers has improved over time but this is like a major buff.Also Even if she some how manages to get her 2049 memories it won't make sense as she never experienced the powers herself literally no sense of how she got these new abilities (flying, mind expelling )😊

Nora has 2 minutes more of power/fight screentime than Barry in season 5 (and it is even more if you discount the crossover)

We've seen other speedsters do stuff with their power that Barry hasn't. Barry's thrown hundreds of lightning bolts but unlike Nora he's never ricocheted them, Zoom caught a lightning bolt and threw it back at Barry, the Rival created 2 tornadoes, Wally phased his blood into Clive Yorkin to neutralize his powers, Iris once created her own tidal wave, and Jay electrified his helmet and threw it like a lightning charged frisbee and like Flash-90 did during crisis on infinite earths stole speed. Barry didn't do the same thing with Thawne's speed in season 8 he just severed his connection to the negative speed force

The fact that Barry has been through was worse and yet now somehow all of his suits can be taken out that easily it’s just stupid. I mean I know they wanted to give him the new suit, but come on we all know his old suits were not that weak. God, also they made Barry look like an absolute weak rookie just to make the woman look more powerful.
