Question - is it possible to set up the VFD Controller XSY-AT1 so that when turned on it works at high speed, about 2-3 minutes, but after 2-3 minutes of operation to a pre-set low speed? A pool water pump is connected to the XSY-AT1 frequency converter.

Didn't you receive the user manual with all the parameters along with the controller? The XSY-AT1 you are working is a model from 2023?. I found one on amazon but its a white, maybe is from an older version. Asking so i can know wich one i should get. Thank you. Btw, what is the exact name and model the tools you are using on the 1:15 minute and also the 1:49. I wanna get those from amazon right away.

I don't know what year this model is from. One is an insulation squeegee and the other is a connector crimper.

I’m having an Err 1 code when I start the VFD. My motor is set to the high voltage does it need to be changed to low voltage?

? My wiring is correct. Two 110v hot wires input. No neutral. The inverter spins up to 60hz. The motor does nothing. The table saw has separate Allen Bradley start and stop switches. They are not wired into the remote start/run terminals in the inverter. I thought using the Run button on the inverter would supply current to the motor. I'm getting 130v on all 3 terminals in the Allen Bradley junction box on the saw. Any advice?

Ciao...siccome ho anch'io un ATI 1 2.2KW installato su un motore trifase 750w per il mio tornio ... ed ho un problema che quando gira il motore mi genera una anomalia tra massa e neutro di circa 20/24v non è normale e mi fa interferenza nel display lcd 16x2 del contagiri comandato da arduino...ho visto nel tuo video che hai messo al motore un cavo a 4 poli SCHERMATO come mai? Grazie in anticipo.

Ehi.si l'ho dato schermato perchè ogni inverter emette interferenze che si possono eliminare collegandosi come nel video.se fai come ho fatto io i problemi dovrebbero scomparire.saluti.

@@Roberto-cc4el Ho un cavo di scarto. A volte puoi trovare cavi davvero buoni nella discarica, ma puoi comprarli. E' importante che sia abbinato al cupolino e al diametro del motore, viene sempre descritto per quale potenza è consigliato.

Does the shielded cable do anything? the frequency converter also needs to be shielded, right?

Yes, it does. It significantly reduces the electric field generated by the cable. When grounding is connected to a shielded cable, there is no electric field.
