You can only replace the IC with the cluster removed from the vehicle and not via obd port. All you need to do is to copy the EEPROM data on your old chip and then write it back on the new chip or new cluster that you are swapping with 👍

As far as I know, S Type is not listed. There is F Pace, F, XF, XFL, XE, XEL Series, XJ Series, XJL, XK and XKR series. But if you have access to read eeprom, I can help you do it manually.
