反省会の空気がめっちゃプロフェッショナルだったよ…。 JURINちゃんの分析力と、言葉に表現しずらいところは周りがちゃんと補って文章化するところ。MAYAちゃんの徹底して空気感保とうとしてるところとかも。チームとしての完成度が高すぎる。

This is HOW you make a behind the scene video for a concert! It's raw and deeper than just snippets and fancams, I can see and feel almost all the necessary details, the hype, the nervousness, the relief, and everything as if I was their 8th member or something... A worthy documentary to complement such an amazing concert... Nobody's doing it like XG... Proud ALPHAZ here

すごいな〜何か問題があった時に、今回その原因になった個人の名前は挙げつつも、あくまで「チームの問題」だから個人からの謝罪は目的としてない。ただこのチームの問題を解決したいと思ってる、だからみんな協力してねってスタンス。でも原因になった子も当然自分の意思で謝る。話し合いとして最高であり最も正しい形。こんなの普通の社会人でも難しいんですよ、、、

私も全く同じこと思いました。社会でいう上司としての模範みたいなジュリンのリーダーシップと、理想的なチームワークですよね。 10代や20歳そこらの子が普通にできることじゃないです。言う方も聞く方も内面の成熟度が現れててびっくりします。

サイモンさんの「6年間準備してきた」という言葉が重くて重くて😢まだ小学生や中学生の頃に抱いた大きな夢のために、毎日ひたすら血の滲むような努力を続けてきたんだよなぁて感慨深かったし、その6年間の努力がみんなの揺るがないとてつもない自信にもなっているわけで。まずは日本でのshowcase本当におめでとう👏 皆んな驕らず謙虚で。そして、リーダーの視野の広さと確固たる感謝の気持ち。このチームは本当に最高のチームだ！！

Jurin did not stumble, stutter, nor struggle with her words when speaking to her group mates. A TRUE leader. Yet again showcasing her abilities as the leader. Not only that but XG as a whole is the definition of what a synergistic group looks like. The amount of respect that they have towards Jurin, let alone each other, is unmatched. They were meant for greatness, showing that even under immense pressure rehearsing for that performance they still enjoyed every bit of it. LOVE BEING AN ALPHAZ 🐺♾️

XGs professionalism & attention to detail is really something to behold. And the firm but gentle tone, demeanor & articulation Jurin exhibits when speaking to the girls is well beyond someone who is only 21. The respect & level of focus the members give her is clearly obvious. I swear these 7 young women never cease to amaze me. They truly deserve the world & more 🐺

I love that you're watching this and hearing an offstage direction and are like... "Okay the choreographer or like staff is letting... oh nope it's Jurin." Just like in the SXSW one where Chisa said "Hey I was watching videos and when we do this we're a bit off so I want to practice that again." These girls aren't just phoning it in expecting someone else to hold them accountable they're playing with things and making sure they do their best on every stage from every angle they can find. It's so great to see their dedication.

XG has its own headquarters in Japan, given that XGALX's parent company is AVEX. A private space is provided for them to rehearse and rest. XG frequently travels between Japan and Korea for training purposes. Accommodations are available for them to rest and sleep at the Japan headquarters, as showcased in the Apple Interview KZfaq video featuring them. XG has returned to their hometown, and the stage looks amazing, especially their performance. Well done, girls!

よく日本人は「言語化能力が低い」「利他的にふるまえない」「愛情表現が下手」と言われるが、それはそう訓練されないからで紳士的で尊敬に値するコーチ、能力が高く誰より努力するリーダー、年齢差別せず自由に意見できる関係性など、条件が揃えば、日本人の集団でもここまで風通しの良いチームワークを構築できるのだと感心してしまう長女のチサが少しも偉ぶらず（言われないとチサが年長者だとは誰も気づかない）末っ子のココナが活き活きとしてる（むしろお姉ちゃんみたい）事がその証明

話し合いのシーンでも改めて感じたんだけど、完全にXGは僕が生きている世界のスピード感ではない。 JURINの伝える早さもMAYAの飲み込む早さも皆のまとめる早さも、全てが一流なんだと思わされる。限られた時間でどれだけ成長出来るかを日頃から追い求めているチームがどういう世界で生きているのか。勉強になるしモチベーションになりました。本当にありがとう。

初の単独ショーケース直前の舞台下で待機してる時、皆で「大好きだよ」って言い合ってるのって、本当に純粋なXGの良さが溢れ出してる。緊張の中で多幸感が爆発してて皆キラキラしてた。XGはやっぱり推すべきグループだなって改めて心から思ったよ。

역시 고향 사람들 잊으면 안 되죠. 일본의 공연장 환경은 좋다고 들었는데 다행입니다. 노래도 쌓여가고 경험도 쌓여가고 좋습니다. 리허설 후의 실질적이고 전문적인 회의도 인상적입니다. 핵심을 말하면 모두 즉시 이해하고 의견 교환 , 실력과 팀웍을 봤습니다. 항상 서로를 형제처럼 아끼고 도우면 2024년은 xg 세계 정복 !!

話し合いの内容や質が10代、20歳そこらの子が簡単にできることじゃないなって、言う方も聞く方も内面の成熟度にびっくりしました。社会でまさに理想とされるジュリンのリーダーシップとメンバー全員のチームの磨き上げ方をみて、ああ、この子達は本物だ。とつい思わされます。そういう部分て結構ステージを見てる側ってわかっちゃうんですよね。アイドル業界にいてこんなにも「やらされてる感」のないグループはいないんじゃないかな。パフォーマンスもマインドも含めて。こんなかっこいい若者そうそういない。誰がどんなことを言おうとずっとずっとXGのことを応援する！！🔥🔥

ONE OF THE MANY THINGS that i like with XG is that - there's no pretending. no roles given to the fact that they need to act like the other groups that i know. they're all carefree and natural. behind camera they're sweet saying things that will lift each other. they treasure each moment and the opportunity thinking that it will be their last - they bring their 200% always. i'm not into girl group or any kpop group although i listen to some, but XG is different. they set the standard of beast performers - live, rapping, dancing, anything which i'm looking for.

Our Xtraordinary Girls have come such a long way, every performance they’ve done before this point, all the dedication and hard work. Just to give ALPHAZ a once in a lifetime performance. I was not able to go see them in Japan but I watched the showcase live online. And I felt all the love they poured into the showcase and I couldn’t be more thankful for XG and being an ALPHAZ. One thing they have done every time they get on the stage is give it their all, going above and beyond, always surpassing their previous performances. They were born to inspire, they’re truly shooting stars in the dark. As Xtraordinary 2023 was I have no doubt they’ll blow every expectation we have for them this year. 2024 here they come! Love you ALPHAZ! Love you XG! Love you JURIN, CHISA, HINATA, HARVEY, JURIA, MAYA, and COCONA! HESONOO!!! ♾️🤍💛🩵💜🧡❤️💚

I think Cocona is sick during this time 🥺 and I'm glad to see Jurin's leadership is being highlighted in this video, I mean we see a glimpse of it in some of their performances in abroad but we haven't seen it much clearer such as this.... a gentle but firm and charismatic leader she is and you can really see how much she gets respect from her girls... that is why she is my first bias, I really felt there's something in her the first time I saw her in Tippy toes ❤

Finally, the video that I was looking forward to ... THE BEST. Words aren't enough to appreciate this team. XG and XGALX. I love how it highlighted the Leadership, the STAFF, the FANS, and my girls - XG. It was full of LIFE, RESPECT, DISCIPLINE, PASSION, HUMILITY, LOVE, APPRECIATION and CELEBRATION. 🥰🥺🥺🥺🥳 Also, some parts I like is how we can see Jurin as a leader and the members respect for her and each other's ideas, Simon's guidance to this team and the girls as foundation of XG, of course, the XGALX Staff who put in all the work and creative ideas behind the scenes to make it a wonderful show, the girls love for each other is beyond familial love - they're like soulmates already, the FANS smiles and cheers can be felt throughout the show, Juria's birthday🧸, the SLOW-MO (was really cool and nice touch) 😉, and of course XG's performance that is not only ELITE, but also INSPIRING, ENCOURAGING, gives you JOY and HAPPINESS. My only wish is to see more of XG - songs, videos, World Tour, live performances and I can say this is a happy life. XG is the SHINING STAR of the UNIVERSE!!! 🥺🥺🥺🥰😘

My favorite moments in this behind are: Jurin leadership. That talk was real, professional, and respectful. They keep saying "I love you" to each other as a way to soothe their nerves before going on stage, which is really cute. They way Simon hype them up and give them advice but always says that they will kill it anyways shows the healthy environment that they're in, and we love that. And of course, ALPHAZ, having so much fun, dressing up as them it looks so cool 😎

Simon氏が、「6年頑張って来たんだよ絶対伝説のステージになるから楽しんで来て」って噛み締めるようにって言った心からの声。。心に響いたなぁ。ひかるちゃんも忙しい中駆けつけてくれてファミリーの絆の深さを感じたなぁ。ジュリンがリーダーとしてしっかり一度引き締めてショーケースに臨んだのも映像からよくわかったし、マーティンも最後言ってたけどわたし達アルファズ🐺🐺にとっても最高にしびれて、感動してあっという間の一時間でしたワールドツアーでは、しっかりとXGの真髄を観たいです。また予想以上の演出や映像でびっくりさせられちゃうんだろうなぁ。あっという間に夏は来るから、私もみんなに負けない様に、止まらず、トレーニングと仕事頑張る💪 ファイトーXGー🔥🔥🔥
