At one point I loved it, soon as I upgraded my internet it’s no longer working. I’ve reset it, charged it, off did all I could.

great review! the j7 doorbell don't need to install the anti-theft bracket, because it will auto alarm if it is removed

The battery needs to be charged once every 2 months in winter. J7 cannot be like J6, which can be grafted with a hardwire, and converted to the wireless doorbell into a wired doorbell. But J7 has itself a special function which can auto alarm if it is removed. J7 doesn't need to install any anti-theft bracket.

I broke my old phone and had to buy another, and now I have found it impossible to install on the new phone, so its now basically useless. The issue I have is that the led wont flash red after pressing the reset button. I even let it take a few months to run out of battery and recharge hoping it would have lost its memory...

Does anybody know why during video playback I can hear the person at the front door but not mine? During live recording there is a two way conversation.

What is the difference between xtu j7 and xtu j7 plus? Is there a significant technical difference? And is it worth changing xtu j7 to xtu j7 plus?

@@HardwareSense can you play back previous doorbell rings and other things on the app from the SD card feature? Or do you have to remove the SD card from the device to play it on a different device?

XTU J7. The description says that the viewing angle is 166 °, and in the instructions itself, 145 ° are written for the device. What is that supposed to mean? Where is the truth?
