I especially like advice # 9: Practices makes Perfect. Thank you for all the advice. INTER-view is supposed to be a two-way process. The employer wants to know if you'll fit in, and you, as an interviewee, have a chance to understand more about the company culture and see if this is where you really want to invest your future there. I went through three different interviews when I applied for a post in Yahoo! After I started working there, I heard that someone had interviewed 9 times and still did not get the job in the end. It doesn’t matter how prepared you are for the interview, if someone (not necessarily your future boss, they can be the counterparties in other countries that will work closely with you remotely) does not think you are the best fit, you might not get the job. I prep for about 60+ questions that the interviewer would probably ask and think about 5 questions that I would like to know about the company before I step into the room. Make sure the interviewer knows that you had done research regarding their company, mission, and vision and ask some “smart” questions. I think it will make you stand out in the end. Always prepare for some tricky questions and good luck.

國外的hr 很喜歡問behavioral type questions去了解你的problem solving skills and team work capabilities。
