Ghost, the only song I’d ever heard by X before he died was Jocelyn Flores. That was only because Lil Peep (I never heard of him before he died) videos were popping up and I just happen to see the one by X. The deep thought, creativity, and everything in this video made it outstanding. I’m not saying this because he just died but because it’s true. I’ll be 45 on Tuesday, so this isn’t typically the type of artist I follow. For this young man to have just turned 20 and be this gifted is mind blowing! I’m a counselor, and the human brain isn’t finished forming until the early 20s. I won’t insult you long time fans and act like I’ve been rocking this guy’s music for years. I do want to say that there have got to be others out there. This concept of fighting your inner demons is something that unfortunately a lot of people don’t learn until they’re older and sometimes not at all. X fans, take his advice. Be honest with yourself about the person in the mirror and address those destructive ways. This is what EVERY HUMAN being has to do. The earlier in life that you do it, the better off you’ll be.
