डाक्टर navneet कालरा, आपने diet inrelation to sleep के video में अच्छा cover किया है I मेरा प्रश्न है कि कुछ ज्यादा बजन वाले लोग केवल सुबह को non carbohydrate diet लेते हैं और शाम को थोड़े से fruit, खीरा आदि लेकर अपनी भूख मारते हैं I क्या यह harmful नहीं है I कुछ diabetics with normal weight सुबह केवल सलाद, दुपहर में कुछ नहीं और फिर केवल रात में खाते हैं I क्या यह सब नुकसानदायक हो सकता है I
