Dear ma'am, I'd like to extend my heartfelt appreciation for the invaluable knowledge you provide in your videos.I am currently preparing for radiation therapy in December with a treatment plan involving post-operative LRRT to the Chest wall and SCF nodes following a mastectomy. According to my lab report, there is no residual viable tumor, and my lymph nodes are negative in terms of AJCC TNM staging (8th Edition): ypT0 pN0. Proton therapy, but it is approximately 25-30 times more costly than photon therapy. As far as reactions are concerned tomotherapy and VMAT both have good reaction control and it varies from patient to patient. Dr madam kindly update yourself, tomotherapy is also a technique although accuracy gives there machine name on it

मॅम मुझे ewing sarcoma हैं..hip joint me. पहले टोमोथेरिपी 39 हुवे हैं...उसके 2 महिने बाद pet scan किया, पर पहले जगह पर भी दिखा रहे हैं or मणका spine मे बी दिखा रहे हैं... dr बोल रहे थे ,,spine (मणका) मे रेडिअशन देना पडेगा...... तो रेडिअशन लेलू मॅम... please मार्गदर्शन करे
