住喺鎮仔 唔係唔好 但係冬天嘅時候要考慮啲交通嘅情況, 係咪得一條路去calgary, 大雪又可能會封咗條公路, 如果有 交通意外 可能會大塞車或者條公路又封咗

That's a real concern, but I don't remember any road closures or issues like that last year. Good to investigate more before really moving there

In most of the smaller communities, you will find HOME HARDWARE, individually owned stores, instead of Home Depot or Lowes. The closest Home Depot will be down at Crowfoot, south of 12 mile Coulee, only 15 minutes away.

there is indeed a small hardware shop, enough for small projects. but again, the city is not that far, can buy supplies after working in the city everyday before going home. that's not too bad

謝謝你house tour, 好吸引，準備7月從多倫多move to Calgary, 租住屋先，遲D先再買屋，有問題想請教，Calgary租屋租客是否需要俾agent fee? 亦或房東負責？

呢邊普遍agent都只係做買賣，租係租客直接聯絡業主，可以睇吓rentfaster.ca and rentals.ca

你鍾意住Apartment多啲出去玩咪住細屋，有人嘅嗜好係鍾意留係屋企養吓羊、騎吓馬、種吓花、整吓車...可以做嘅嘢係好多，睇你肯唔肯跳出思維😅
