Outstanding value for what you had in this restaurant. I am Cantonese living in the UK and never been exposed to theses dishes. They all look very interesting

以前看的美食频道都比较少focus on 江浙沪的。 偶尔发现了丹牛的频道。 现在我可是丹牛的海外粉了。
these are different types of mushrooms/fungus i'm guessing? i usually say 香菇/蘑菇 but anyway, each dish looks so good, especially the stinky tofu and that 1 cube of fermented tofu, my favorite! while i am fluent in Mandarin i still wish there were some English translations for these fancy dishes 😅
