豆500g,醋50g或酸浆1000g豆:水=1:10醋:水=1:5或酸浆:水=1:1豆浆:冷水=5:1降温冷水浸泡豆6-10小时等到豆浆冷到80度左右时点豆腐,或加1000g冷水在豆浆里降温再点豆腐三到五次,豆花由浓浆变清了即可再加热一到两分钟,让它充分凝结。待豆花结成大块就可压豆腐。
