我一直覺得三拜佛那段，跟虎鶴雙形的第一段很像，以單手制敵雙手，三伏類似三展 另外伏手跟鶴形拳的勾手、鶴頂的感覺也很像

楊永勣師父也說過，中線只有一條(中線非直線)，埋肘搶中若做對了：就像下棋，你落了子的那位置因為被你霸住，令對方只能從別的道反攻，這時，因為你已利用埋肘搶中佔了最能最快到位的位置，所以你能夠計算到對方反攻的路，能夠作出有效的處理方法。

There is a Shaolin Qigong with their Rou Quan/Xinyi system that is the exact same movements as Siu Nim Tau, except it is done with large movements. I showed it to more than one Wing Chun school and they recognized it right away and were excited to see there is an older form with that same thing.

Yes, it does. KZfaq has this function. You can click one the top right-hand side of the screen to enable English captions.
