去MK, 咁就梗係旺地恆等啦🤣。不過此MK又點同香港個MK呢😅，未黎前都聽好多人講哩到嫁啦，亦都知哩到MK都係一個香港人熱門既落腳點。咁就要去睇睇啦。

MK開發時許多香港政府人員遷移到此，勁多香港警察在此定居。時移世易……多年有什麼改變，新香港人來此定居要留意啦！本人希望籃黃互相尊重，社會氣氛又吾到自己控制，選擇在個人啦！

The key factor for landlords/agents not putting HK tenants as first priority is because of not having satisfactory UK credit history/score. Having a UK citizen with good credit score as guarantor will help.

Most new builds don’t have a funnel from the extractor fan that would lead to the outside. I had the top kitchen cabinets lowered as they were far too high and unable to reach as they were almost touching the ceiling. The workmen were surprised there was no extractor funnel but only plasterboards behind it. Quite shocking as it is new build by Berkeley Homes.

The same thing happened each time any one would cook and the smoke alarms would go off. It’s not a house so it doesn’t have a window close by but a balcony on the far end.

The maintenance of grasses and scrubs are very poor as the grasses are as height as a kid. No strata looks after the landscape?

Many extraction hoods have no chimney. They have filter inside to collect the particles in the air.

任何地方外國人用個人名義租都難的，因無Record，對Landlord來說都係一個Risk。我過英國讀書時係咁，之前去外地做野都係咁。同出手無乜關係，係無Record的問題。英國，如你英文唔好，Landlord又怕同你有乜野Communicate唔到。

my friend still live in MK, they said once you move in MK, you never stay anywhere. because MK is very convenience, everythings you need, not more then 15 mins drive. that why a lot of HK people stay in MK
