Close to your jobs, good schools, safe areas, environments, and nice neighborhoods are prime considerations. You can change the partitions, layouts and interior anytime when you have money. You can never change your location. It is forever. Also, you don't want to worry when a family member has to come back at night, a surprise that your home has been robbed and trashed when you are on holiday, jump out of bed at night when you hear a window breaking sound - Someone is coming in.......... Think over it carefully. One mistake could be forever. No chance to redo. Spend more time to walk in the area of your house to observe the streets of your area is more important than checking out the interior of the house. The location decides the value of your house more than the features of the house and internal facilities. Add Oil! HONG KONG!

睇嚟Crewe 這個地方真係幾好喎，同利物浦這鬼地方差太遠啦！

英國人好多浴室都係舖地毯的，雖然容易整濕及易污糟，但天冷時行入浴室會冇咁凍。可能你會問點解唔穿拖鞋，其實因為房間和廳都是地毯，所以好多時是冇用拖鞋的。Crewe 應該是一個幾好的地方，鄰近Stoke-on-Trent是英國陶瓷之城，值得一遊。祝你們找到理想生活！

Hope you enjoy living in this new place in Crewe before moving to your permanent home in UK. City centre living and apartments are not suitable for family living really. Most families in uk prefer to live in houses with garden in suburban areas away from the busy commercial city centre. A totally different lifestyle to HK 😄
