This is my first ever tutorial for Naraka so I apologize if the explanations were not the best. I will be coming out with more tutorials in the future so if you like this type of content and montages, please like and subscribe! ❤️
Edit: To my knowledge this is what a muya parry is, but I have been informed that this could also be considered just spacing parry's. Whatever it is I am just trying to spread my knowledge on tech that doesn’t get talked about or is gate keeped.

Nice video! I use quick parry mainly and you can achieve this with hold left or right first then press quick parry and its the same as composite, hold dodging into just quick parry is slower tho

Do you have any tip when you do an uppercut grapple on air. When i see other people do it they can hold focus when the grapple hit the enemies but when i do it i have to touch the ground to hold focus

Im glad you asked. Since you are having problems grappling mid air and doing a focus I am going to assume you are high ping. The only work around ive found is to delay your grappler until they are just starting to fall down. However something ive discovered recently is Gear Up booster for Naraka. I went from being 90+ to averaging 55 ping. Hope this helps and thanks for watching! ❤️

@@Prosp3rrbro what.gear up always boosting my fps from 105 to 100 and 90-95 in good times,how tf u got 50 ping difference

@@matarilikesme Just the regular gear up booster. But some of my friends it hasnt made any difference for. To be fair ive always had good ping in any other game w naraka being the exception so it could be just fixing something going wrong w the way my naraka was connecting to the server. However I will post some guides on stuff high ping can do to help anyone above 80 ❤️

i think they already patched composite parry, both parries have the same timing (I guess).

Yes they have so now just standing still they both have the same timings but when hold dodging or sprinting into a parry it will come out faster with a composite. It’s hard to describe but composites come out a few frames faster. You can try it for yourself against a bot like shown in the video ❤️

where does the name Muya comes from

Ima be real, I have no idea. I think a CN player gave it that name. I just read it off of a CN player describing what it is and they referred to it as “muya”.

ok, but why is it better than just jump parry?

Its not necessarily better, but there are some instances where a jumping parry is just too slow to hit which for katana is usually the case, or you are too far away to get a jumping parry. Its just a good tech which you should learn and incorporate it into your gameplay. Thanks for watching and leaving a comment ❤️
