Everyone remembered Wacky Racers to this very day. I love it, you can beat a racer, but you can't truly beat a classic

I have no idea that this commercial existed before today. I only found out about it while browsing on TV tropes. Glad I did, because I was a huge fan of Wacky Racers when I was growing up in the '90s, so this definitely made my day! Also, this is my third time watching this today. I love it that much.

Very well done, and faithful to the cartoon characters. The actress who played Penelope Pitstop made all red-blooded young men dream beautiful dreams and think beautiful thoughts, especially that Peugeot driver. And how about Muttley and his wheezing giggle? Fantastic. I would,like to see a live-action WACKY RACES movie. Somebody make it happen.

I WANT A FULL MOVIE WITH THESE ACTORS, CHARACTERS AND MACHINES!!!!!!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!!!! I WANT IT, I NEED IT!!!! SOMEBODY DO SOMETHING!!!!!! When I watched this at first time, I think this is a spinoff of a Wacky Races full movie... I looking for that everywhere, but I can't find nowhere... I just read the first two volumes of Wacky Raceland, and in my minds eye it has been nothing short of brilliant thus far. But then again I'm a huge fan of post-apocalyptic Road Warrior type-stuff to begin with.

The SCOOBY DOO movie was very bad, especially when they made his nephew Scrappy Doo a bad guy for whatever reason. YOGI BEAR was too preachy, too environmentally conscience with subtle blaming on the Republicans for neglect of the environment.

What I'd like to know, as if it were possible, is how they created the Wacky Races vehicles, because they impress me more than the Peugeot the advert is really for.

They used a mix of of modified real cars (Ant Hill Mob's, Penelope Pitstop's) and CGI (Red Max's, Dick Dastardly's). Very well produced. The French airplay version had a new music soundtrack that was an adaptation of the original 1969 show's Hoyt Curtin recordings.
