@@BirktiTsegaye I will try to do the video. Your second question doesn't have an absolute answer. People consider so many factors when they apply for education abroad. The major factor is language. If you get scholarship programs in the English language, I believe both countries have good standards of education. Also, don't forget the UK and Scandinavian and other European countries also provide quality education.

You may try, I know some people do so. But looking for MA/MSc would be more practical.

1. Both are accepted by most scholarship programs. So, you don't have to worry about that. If you are specifically targeting US programs, you may consider TOFEL (as it is an American test) and for UK programs better to take IELTS. But, I know almost all programs including in the US and UK, ask for one of the two. All you need is to have the expected score in either test. I remember applying for U.S. programs using IELTS. Just take what is accessible for you. 2. I know IELTS expires in 2 after two years. I believe TOFEL is also valid only for 2 years but you can check (I googled and it says 2) 3. If they sent you a "conditional" offer, they should tell you what that condition is. It might be IELTS, or sending official transcripts or something else. Thanks. Yes, that is possible. You can look for MA programs in related disciplines. For example, my BA is Sociology and I did my MA in Social Work. You can check the eligibility first and decide.

You don't need money to apply for a scholarship. All you need is internet and time. Especially, scholarship applications in Europe cost nothing. Scholarships in the US, Australia and Canada may as application fees. But for all scholarships, taking IELTS or TOFEL is very important.

Hi Meron, my experience is with Masters and PhD scholarships. However, I can tell you that scholarships don't use a single criteria to make their judgment. They look at your overall application, not only your transcript or grades. They evaluate the whole application. So, if you planned to take IELTS, go on, take it. Don't be discouraged by your transcript.
