1. Jello powder（diffrrent favour，85g each） 2. add 1 cup of hot water in each jello powder 3. stir well，cool down，put into fridge 4. prepare 15g gelatin，add 1/4 cup water（room tempature），stir，add 1.75 cup hot water, stir, add 300ml condensed milk, stir, cool it down 5.Take out your jello from fridge (when they become solid)，cut the jello in different shape and size. Put a baker sheet in your container, pour your gelatine mixture to jello, put into fridge 6.After jello becomes solid，cut into the shape you like，done

1 cup is about 200-250ml (depends on country). In this recipe, should be about 240ml. Just try, it won’t fail, just jello. The only thing that you should remember is, jello will dissolve in hot water. make sure your gelatin mixture is cooled down before pour into jello.

If you live in N America, it's known by its brand name as Jell-O. I use cool whip instead of condensed milk.

+wenping fu In HK, you can find Robertson Jelly Powder everywhere. In North America, we call 啫喱 - JELLO. Same thing.

其實落煉奶係要個白色，如果用維他奶，豆漿都有差唔多效果，而汽水有氣，可能會有泡，但可以試吓用 7 up, 透明都會幾靚，而酒嘅話，可以用 vodka, 同水比例大約 1:4-5 度，太多酒會苦，如果你要落一杯水，你咪落1/5杯vodka, 4/5杯水就得！試完請我食吖！ 😉😉
