As an IB student, I never understood economies of scale when we did them in class. I just watched the video now and i am currently mad at myself as i wonder what exactly i didnt understand. I have a test tomorrow and i am sure i will do great in it. I am sure you will be the reason why i would get a 7. Such an Econs Geek!!!

Dal wouldn't external economies of scale shift the LRAC downwards because it should form a new LRAC for everyone in the industry. Then internal cause an extension along the curve
