This is a great mix! It does take me back to Y2k turn of the century. There was a very futuristic vibe in all media and trance and techno were huge. We were looking towards the future but now that we're there all I want to do is go back.

it happens again last time was the 80s! the 2010s were for sure a peak even the 00s were cool until around 2004-05 it sorta became more niche compared to 99' its has to do with price Colombian, the economy, and global affairs.

I had some great tracks on my Napster playlist that I will never recall the names of. There was one that I have been searching for titled something like "DJ Sun versus some other DJ" or "DJ Sunspot versus" that I've never been able to find. This would've been sometime around '99 or 2000. I'm sure if I heard it I would know though I continue searching now and then to see if anything pops up.

Ugh, yeah, In 2019, I randomly discovered probably my favorite trance tune ever from around 05-06’ - and I had it in my beatport cart and let it sit, and then the tune disappeared off of beatport and I couldn’t remember the name. It was my single biggest music loss to date. It had the most hyphy and emotive melody. Twas a crazy find I had never heard of. Shame on me for not getting after it right away. It irks me consistently to this day. Lol.
