It’s better gives you a bit more control on how your car sits on the road , we could never get the car level when towing but now it is . You just have to remember to let air out when not towing so the right is better

Yes still glad I done it if I knew what I know now I wouldn’t of put heavy coils and airbags in I would of just done this right from the start and saved the money on going it twice And could and airbags aren’t enough when trying to tow the max in a y 62 cos it still sags in the the arse. Hi mate so after you have had this coil delete with 4.2 gen 2 lower arms do you feel you need to have heavy duty springs as well if so can you do this with that airbag system i think it's boss air bag is it or can you please tell what system is best for the y62 thanks Rick ​@@daveniksadventures2255

@richardhill2451 Hi Rick If you fit the airbag delete on the rear of your Y62 you can't have coils as well. The airbags system that was used on my Y62 are from AAA I had heavy duty coils and had airbags inside those coils on the rear first up but I still couldn't stop the rear of the Y62 sagging when the caravan was on. So I did the coil delete it fixed the problem now the car can be adjusted to ride level even with the caravan on. I'm not sure how many different companies do the coil delete 🤔 I went to DRD in Mandurah and that was the system they were using so I went with that. As far as the best system for the Y62 that will depend on how much you want to spend just doing what I did without auto air for up and down it was over $10k if you want to had the air compressor and have auto level it will be a lot more. I wish I had of done this the coil delete straight up and not gone with the heavy coils with airbags inside them. Cheers Dave and Nik 👍🍻🇦🇺

No it’s just a Gvm upgrade you can only get a GCM upgrade before rego unfortunately

@@daveniksadventures2255 thanks mate nah that’s actually not true you can get a SSM through a few different companies nowadays for gcm. Dash, DMW are just a few.
