@@cammalone4457 you got this I just finished a 4 week fast and it made a big difference first week is the hardest you go through a big decrease in dopamine. Reading, listening to instrumental music, podcasts, any type of exercise and eating apples was really helpful! Now returning to social media just Instagram I feel more in control and more observant vs absorbed. Helps you really think for yourself and evaluate what you want and what’s really important. I noticed also I pause and enjoy the present more not always feeling the urge to check my phone.

I was runnin thru reels n it led me to a clip 4rm da most recent pod.. n now I’m on dis pod n I can already tell ima be binge watchin des shows.. it’s crazy cuz I never cared 4 ur music much but I love ur personality.. I know, I’m late to da party.. 😅 I never listened to rob49 but 36:34 made me look up da Travis song n bruh u walked dem 4 bars w/o rhymin fasho.. mayne ima artist n I know how hard dat is to do fr.. only gifted artists can really do dat shxt da right way.. it’s actually a art.. da only person I’ve heard do dat shxt is future.. der is perfect rhymes n near rhymes but not rhymin entirely is crazy to master.. ive been hearin rappers rhyme 1-3 and change da rhyme scheme on da 4 which I haven’t tried yet, it doesn’t come natural to me n always sounds off so I stay away 4rm it.. but when it’s done correctly it’s an amazing way to flow into da next 4 bars without soundin repetitive n borin.. Anyways, yawl got me reflectin on dat feelin I get when I rap n I make sumn rhyme dat ain’t supposed to rhyme fr.. it has a lot to do with a rappers accent n how u bend words..
