I am from West Bengal , but I stayed at Kankavli , Maharashtra for 4 years , the love and simplicity of all my beloved Kankavli residents always brings a tear in my eyes . I'm a Mallu but I grew up in various parts of Maharashtra and I speak fluent Marathi. I have always admired the simplicity, love, and unity in the Maratha culture. I miss the days of Dadakondke Saheb, Nilu Phule Sir, Sadashiv Amarapurkar, and a lot more legends. This is an amazing song with true depiction of rural Maharashtra. Jai Maharashtra!

This is the magic of Marathi people and Maharashtra. I am from Goa, but find Marathi very helpful and co operative....nak dabaooge to muhaa Kulegana, use vo aagresive ya bure nahi hote. Stop building pressure on Mumbai and local people of Mumbai. If this happen in any state the same reaction would have come, which is from Marathi. See USA and Mexico..I know mumbai is not a country but start developing your own states rather than running here and there , we have started developing Goa . I am from Karnataka but very near to Maharashtra boarder. It is true that both Kannada and marathi share the same culture and tradition. We are more close to each other due to these similarities. Whenever I travel from north in train, it feels like home when we enter in marathi region.

Beautiful concept, natural location, raw talent, believable story and devastating ending.. shakes you up.. reminds you of Ek Duje ke liye, Sadma ... Your heart cries for a different ending knowing very well it will not be.. just like life.. beautiful and cruel at the same time.. An astounding piece of cinema... kudos to Nagraj Popatrao Manjule, musicians and the two leads...
