Thank you for this song. I’m in the psych ward bc of ptsd and (other conditions) from my past unalive attempts and being taken advantage of in an awful way twice and growing up in a chaotic household. In my youth i was at hospitals so much for crisis i feel the medical system doesn’t want me or think “she’s going to be sewerslidal anyways” and i feel alone among people in inpatient at times bc how extreme i found my behaviour to be. This song’s lyrics “it’s not your fault” is helping me heal and i really do try my best to be there for people when i’m not isolating myself. Thank you for helping me feel less worthless and ashamed and guilty, and to start loving myself a bit. The lyrics really resonated ♡
